2017 End of the Year Giving

Please consider Holy Sews when choosing which charities and/or organizations you and your family plan to give to at the end of 2017!  No gift is too small or too large and all monetary gifts are tax deductible. Your gift will help Holy Sews secure materials for volunteers to hand make the tiniest and most beautiful layettes for families experiencing the early loss of their little angels.

In the spirit of giving, please consider a year end gift to Holy Sews this year.  Thank you in advance for your consideration AND your gifts.  You may give via mail or online.  To give your end of the year gift by mail, please mail to Holy Sews Inc., P.O. Box 251506, Little Rock, AR 72225, or you may donate online by clicking on the following link:  Holy Sews’ Giving

Our mission at Holy Sews, Inc. is to:
1.  Respond to a call to serve as God’s hands in the world;
2.  To show compassion to families experiencing the perinatal death of a child;
3.  To provide handmade layettes to treasure these infants who are too small for even preemie clothing;
4.  To educate communities in caring for families experiencing perinatal bereavement.

#GIVINGTUESDAY & #HOLYSEWS

Straight from the #GivingTuesday website, www.givingtuesday.org, here is a description of what it is all about:

“#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration.  Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving (in the U.S.) and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.  One of the best ways to get involved is in your own community. We’ve created a directory to help you find organizations, charities, events and more in your own community.”

#GivingTuesday will be on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, and Holy Sews will be partnering with them!  There will be several ways to give, so please keep checking back for our online “DIY Holy Sews #GivingTuesday Packet”!

For all of our volunteers,We will provide and have available customized logos, materials you can customize and use on your own Social Media accounts to promote Holy Sews, directions on where and how to enhance your giving, and we encourage you to educate others by sharing your story.  So many people experience the loss we have experienced and don’t know who to talk to or where to reach out for a friend…let’s be that hand they can hold and know, really know, they are being understood.

So, please mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 28 for a HUGE nationwide online fundraising campaign.  More information is coming, so come back and visit us!

2015 Year End Letter

Dear Friends of Holy Sews,

We come to you with a sincere hope that you have had a Merry Christmas and many hopes for a very Happy New Year! Holy Sews has been truly blessed this year. In the past month alone, this ministry has gained 25 new hospitals across the country. Since 2008, Holy Sews has worked with hospitals nationwide to provide more than 4,000 handmade burial layettes at no charge for “micro-preemies” who die during the second trimester of a pregnancy.

With the increasing number of hospitals served and the increasing number of requests for layettes, we are working hard to meet the need and provide for each location. Would you please consider an end of year charitable donation to Holy Sews? Your contribution is tax deductible as we are a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your donation will help us to provide these layettes, free of charge, to hurting families across the country at their most vulnerable time of need.

Donations can be made:
Online through our website at www.holysews.org/donate

Or by mailing a check to:
Holy Sews Inc.
